About the Role
As the first Product Manager at Neuron Factory, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering our AI CoWorker solutions. Working closely with the CEO, CTO, and CCO, you will be responsible for understanding the complex workflows of our construction and logistics clients, identifying pain points, and translating those insights into innovative product features. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, business savvy, and exceptional communication skills to build strong partnerships and drive product adoption.
Requirements
• Client & Market Understanding: Deeply understand the back-office processes, challenges, and opportunities within the Construction and Logistics industries through direct client engagement, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligning with company goals and market needs.
• Requirements & Backlog Management: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a steady flow of work for engineering teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and product evangelist to understand their evolving needs and foster long-term partnerships.
• Commercial Acumen: Leverage a strong commercial background to identify market opportunities, define business models, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
• "Write It Down" Culture: Champion and contribute to our documentation-heavy culture, ensuring clear and concise communication of product requirements, decisions, and knowledge.

Qualifications
•
5+ years of product management experience in B2B software companies, preferably with experience in AI/ML products.

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing commercial role, such as consulting, business development, or sales engineering, even early in your career is highly desirable.

Exceptional Communication & Partnership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into actionable insights, and develop creative solutions.

Roadmap & Backlog Management Expertise: Solid understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, managing product roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs.

Nice to Have:
Some experience or familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Strong technical background: Previous experience as a software engineer or working in a highly technical role is preferred. Experience at a top FAANG company is a plus.
